The State of Hawaii claims to have "Perfect Title" to the Hawaiian Crown land trust! Has this really been decided in a court of law? If the Hawaiians have a claim to the land then why is the State of Hawaii holding their wallet?
Hawaiians have yet to appear in court and claim what is theirs! But it would take the Hawaiian beneficiaries to press their claim in court! please pledge five dollars or what you can to hire a first rate legal team. Let them know that their actions are not acceptable and it is time to release all of trust lands back to the rightful owners!
There are at least 500,000 people descended from the Kingdom of Hawaii who have a legal claim to the Crown lands. If just 10,000 of the heirs and their friends donate $5, we can start the process to enter the court for the first time. On behalf of its subjects, the Hawaiian Kingdom is asserting its lawful title to the lands of Hawaii.
We will only ask you to honor and complete your pledge when 10,000 people support the effort or if we raise $50,000. We want to be clear we have real support to act!

We are going to sue the US!
In a recent US Supreme Court case, the State of Hawaii made the fraudulent claim of "Perfect Title" to what it calls the "Ceded Lands.” But the truth is, these are stolen lands and the state has no title “perfect” or otherwise.
The state’s big lie in open court (and the court’s acceptance of that lie), has opened the door for us — the rightful heirs — to sue to take back the national lands of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
As the rightful heirs, today’s subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom are preparing to sue the State of Hawaii and the US for illegal possession of Hawaii’s lands and other assets, and for depriving Hawaiians of the use of these lands for the past 116 years!
